Charlie the clown has been performing for over 30 years. his career started at the YMCA in Cape Town, whilst training with Keith Osler Andersons, Circus Osler. Charlie walked the tightrope, flew on the trapeze like most of the artists in the beginning. however he was bitten by the comedy bug. Charlie went on to perform with the famous South African, Boswell-Wilkie Circus, with his duo juggling actwith Colin Underwood. Charlie then performed in the production of Barnum which was directed by the Brickhill-Burke Theatre Directors.

he later went on to perform on the Las Vegas circuit, performing in Hotels, Casino's and other large events around America. he has been an established performing clown all over the united states where he continues to have the most succesful run, more than anyone else in his field entertainment. Charlie is loved by all, yound and old. he has been revered as a gem in the world of clowns. You cannot go wrong with Charlie.
